Natural Rebellion

September 11th 2014

I have crossed puddles with cleft reflections.
Watched the yellow reach out to the sunflower and call it home.
And felt the wind grab our necks
We bickered.
The hurricane came.
It’s bold grip
Snatched us all
We sat
We cried
But we admired the fierce
blow of natural rebellion.
